"Easy sale, but still a bit of work"
I listed my old lens and got a quote quickly, and the shipping label was ready to go. I still had to pack it up and get it sent out, which was a bit of a chore, but once they received it, they checked it over and paid exactly what they quoted. Overall, straightforward and no messing around...

The lens matched the rating and was pretty much exactly as described. There were a few "tiny marks," but nothing unexpected or concerning. Overall, a solid and honest listing.

"Verification felt a little off"
I had to go through the identity check, and my gut feeling was that it was going to be a bit of a hassle, it was. It took longer than I expected and the whole thing felt kind of clunky. It did get sorted in the end, so not a huge deal, but the process could definitely be smoother.

"Okay experience, just a bit slow"
I sold my camera to MPB and overall it was mostly fine. The process goes smooth, but the payment wasn’t as quick as I was expecting. It taken a few days after they checked the camera, which felt a little slow to me. Not terrible or anything, just kind of average. I would maybe use them again if I’m not needing the money fast.

"I went with mpb because I figured..."
I went with mpb because I figured the staff would really know their gear, but the advice I got was underwhelming. I asked a few questions about a lens before buying, and the replies felt vague, almost like they were just repeating what was already in the listing.
The website was easy to use and the price seemed decent at the time, but I’m kind of second-guessing the purchase now. I expected a bit more guidance, especially since I was relying on their expertise, and it left me feeling like I maybe should’ve done more research or bought somewhere else

"Super clear listing, no guessing"
I bought a used lens from MPB and the listing told me everyyything I needed to know. The photos showed the little marks, the condition rating actually made sense, and all the specs were right there so I wasn't stuck guessing. When it arrived, it matched the page pretty much exactly. Buying used camera gear can be stressful, but this made it wayyy easier.

My order showed up later than they originally said, and when I reached out to support, the answers were vague. The item itself was okay once it finally arrived, but the whole process just felt a little off and not very reliable...

"Honestly, Such a Relief"
I was expecting the whole thing to be a bit of a hassle, but it ended up being quick and easy. I felt relieved almost right away, and a little surprised by how smoothly it went. Super simple experience overall

"Showed as available, but it wasn’t"
Maybe it’s just me, but I found it frustrating that the item showed as available when it actually wasn’t. I ended up wasting time trying to get it, only to find out the inventory was wrong.

"Good product, way too much packaging"
I liked the item itself, and it arrived in perfect shape, so I can’t really complain too much. But the amount of shipping packaging felt excessive. It’s a little hard to take the sustainability messaging seriously when there’s that much extra material involved. I’m happy with what I bought, but not exactly impressed with how it was shipped.

"I ordered a used lens from..."
I ordered a used lens from mpb.com, and the tracking was solid overall. I could see when it got packed, shipped, and where it was moving along the way, which was clutch because I like knowing what’s going on with my stuff.
The only reason I’d knock it down to 4 stars is one update came through a bit late, so I ended up checking it like twice for no reason. But it still showed up on time and there wasn’t any real drama, so all good.

"Way better than getting hit with surprise fees"
I really appreciated that the taxes and duties were shown upfront. Compared to other orders where you only find out the extra costs at delivery, this felt much more straightforward and stress-free.

"Easy process, offer was just okay"
I sold a lens to MPB and the whole process was easy, so that part was nice. The price they offered was fair enough, but it was a bit lower than I was hoping for. I’ve noticed their buying prices can be decent sometimes, but other times they feel a little low, so it really depends on what you’re selling. Overall, it’s simple to use, but I just wish the offers felt a bit more balanced.

"Decent experience, but updates could be clearer"
My experience with MPB was fine overall, but I did find the communication a little confusing at times. Compared to other places I’ve ordered from, the updates didn’t feel as clear or easy to follow. I had to keep checking back to figure out what stage my order was in. Nothing major went wrong, but I think most people would appreciate more direct updates along the way.

"A Smooth, Easy Experience"
Shipping showed up faster than I expected, and the box arrived in good shape, which made the whole thing feel easy and hassle-free. It’s a small thing, but when an order goes smoothly like that, it reminds me how much peace of mind good service can give. I’d definitely use them again

"Wish there were more payment options"
The site worked fine overall, but I really wish they had a few more flexible payment choices. Checkout was easy enough, it just felt a little limited for what I needed, if that makes sense. I’d probably use it again if they added more options...

"Expected More, But the Selection Fell Short"
I went in hoping to find a decent used lens, but the selection was underwhelming. I expected there to be more options, especially after using the filters, but they didn’t really help much. A lot of the items I was actually interested in were out of stock too. Maybe I just caught them on an off day, but it ended up feeling like a bit of a waste of time.

I ordered a used lens from MPB and it showed up on time, which I appreciated. The lens itself was in good shape, so overall I’d say it was worth it for the price. That said, the box was beat up when it arrived, and the packing inside felt a little too light for something as delicate as camera gear. Nothing was damaged, luckily, but I definitely expected more padding. I’d probably buy from them again, but I do think they should put a bit more care into packaging.

"It’s Fine, Just a Bit Slow"
It’s okay overall, I guess. It does what it’s supposed to do, but it feels slow at times. I kept waiting longer than I expected, and then I’d start wondering if it was even working or if I should just go do something else for a minute. Not terrible, just not very quick.
